Girt Beach Cottage is situated in Cawsand on the Rame Peninsula in Cornwall. It provides self catering holiday accomodation. Girt Beach cottage is a Cornish beachside property located in the historic village of Cawsand, near to Kingsand and close to Mount Edgecombe Park. The cottage provides an ideal base for your holiday in South East Cornwall.

An old fishermen’s and smugglers’ cottage, Girt Beach Cottage is a character property situated in the heart of the village. It enjoys spectacular open sea views across to Picklecombe Fort and Plymouth Sound. 

At one end the Cottage is situated on the sea front of Cawsand with spectacular uninterrupted views over Girt Beach and on towards Plymouth Sound, the breakwater, Mewstone and beyond.

At the other end the Cottage is on the little village sea front road in the heart of the village. All local amenities are close by and more beaches and rockpools only a short walk away.

Cawsand itself is a short driving distance from neighbouring villages and areas such as Millbrook, Whitsand Bay, Polhawn Fort to name a few.

The pretty Girt Beach is quickly and easily accessible from the cottage through a nearby gate and steps that follow an ancient fishermen’s way.
